Welcome to the Calvary Lutheran Church website. Led by Pastor Gregg Ramirez, our congregation is a diverse and caring community of families and individuals who are united in Christian fellowship and the Lutheran doctrine of "grace thru faith in Jesus Christ alone". Calvary Lutheran has been a fixture in Verona, NJ for years and is committed to making a difference in the lives of its members and others. This website is a work in progress. Can It with Calvary:

Members of Calvary Lutheran Church will coordinate a COMMUNITY-WIDE FOOD DRIVE to replenish food supplies at the Community FoodBank of New Jersey and the Human Needs Pantry in Montclair. Doorknob hangers detailing the initiative will be distributed to north-side homes between July 31 and August 2nd. Collection of donations on the north side will take place on August 7th. However, EVERYONE is encouraged to donate to this community-wide food drive. Food donations can be placed in the large donations boxes at the Hill Street entrance of Calvary Lutheran Church on August 6th, 7th, and 8th. Monetary donations will also be accepted. Please contact the church for further information.

Vacation Bible School
Runs August 9th throught August 13th, 9:00am - noon. Please contact the church for an application or more information.
