Welcome to the Calvary Lutheran Church website. Led by Pastor Gregg Ramirez, our congregation is a diverse and caring community of families and individuals who are united in Christian fellowship and the Lutheran doctrine of "grace thru faith in Jesus Christ alone". Calvary Lutheran has been a fixture in Verona, NJ for years and is committed to making a difference in the lives of its members and others. This website is a work in progress. Annual Live Nativity
This event plays an important role in Calvary's outreach to the local community. Everyone is invited. Our live nativity portrays a scene from the most important and holy event in our Christian beliefs, the birth of our Savior. Elaborate custom-made costumes, live actors and animals, music, hospitality and children's entertainment are all part of this event. Come and be a part of our tradition and experience the true meaning of Christmas.
